Commercial Property Paralegal

Your new firm
An opportunity has arisen with one of our reputable clients in their Swindon office. The team specialise in areas including Land, Property, Corporate Support and Lending, and are now seeking an ambitious paralegal to join their Real Estate team.

Your new role
You will be offering support to partners and fee earners while assisting with document production. The role will consist of drafting documents before post-completion procedures and supporting with conveyancing formalities and billing. You will also enjoy playing your part in building strong client relationships and providing your knowledge for property support.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal with previous experience of dealing with commercial landlord and tenant work. Ideally, you will possess CILEx qualifications, however this is not essential. You will be comfortable in handling key documents, whilst effectively communicating with clients and meeting deadlines.
