Corporate lawyer

LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 100 firm in south west London who has an opportunity in their corporate team for 2 months starting asap.

The position has come about due to a number of holidays over the summer period. There is also a permanent opportunity for the right person following an interim assignment.

The role is to start on short notice to undertake interesting corporate M&A,  and general commercial work. the team is collaborative, collegiate and offer a work/ life balance. You will have experience of working in a corporate team and have experience of the following;

• M&A
• Commercial contracts
• Financing and refinancing
• Funds and investments

You will have demonstrable experience in corporate M&A transactions gained from a reputable top 200 or region practice.
