Pre-Litigated Fee Earner - Motor Fraud

RTA Fraud Paralegal / Fee Earner - 20-25k - Bolton

Your new role
As a Fraud Fee Earner you will run a reduced caseload of pre-litigated cases on a Delegated Authority basis, on behalf of a cross section of insurance clients. The caseload will consist of a range of suspected fraudulent insurance claims. You will be responsible for running fraud cases from the pre-litigation investigation stage.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of handling a pre-litigated caseload of RTA matters. It would be beneficial to have had some experience in dealing with fraudulent cases, but it is not essential. You will need strong analytical skills, excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, the ability prioritise work, keep to deadlines and work under pressure, and to anticipate problems and identify solutions.
