Job Details
You will be joining a friendly and supportive Commercial Property Department working alongside experienced and senior solicitors boasting a wealth of commercial property experience.
You will be a qualified solicitor (2+ years' PQE) with a solid background in commercial property and dealing with a variety of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, lease work and development matters etc.
You will be working alongside the Head of Department on high-quality commercial property work and be responsible for a caseload of your own commercial property transactions. The firm is recognised across the Merseyside region for their real estate offering and deal with work of the highest quality.
