Conveyancing Paralegal

The Role

Because the firm is growing, they are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their thriving Conveyancing team in London.

The Conveyancing department covers work across: sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, leases of commercial property, new builds, buy to let, transfers of part, right to buy, mortgages/remortgages, joint ownership, easements and more.

You will have a hands on and exciting role supporting a team of dedicated, friendly and extremely knowledgeable Solicitors. This role comes with real chances for progression, the firm will actively support CILEx routes and issue Training Contracts to Paralegals that impress them.

Requirements:

· You MUST be a fee earning Conveyancing Paralegal (6+ months' experience)
· You MUST have experience running your own case load
· You will work well in a team
· You will come across well and have excellent communication skills
