Your new role
As MOJ Fee Earner you will handle your own caseload of MOJ stage 3 matters. You will be performing specific delegated tasks within a supervised environment, looking to pursue settlement of files. As Fee Earner you will take on a wide range of tasks over time, and will be working towards settlement and billing targets each month. Whilst you will be working in a supervised environment, you will be responsible for organising and prioritising your work to meet performance targets and to provide excellent client service.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you need to have previous experience in managed a caseload of MOJ files, ideally dealing with stage 3 matters. You will have a good understanding of the Civil Procedural Rules and MOJ process, and be able to adapt to client protocols and adopt a client focussed approach. You will have an established interest in law either through further education or experience within a process driven legal environment.
