Commercial Property Solicitor
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic commercial property solicitor with at least 2 years` PQE to join a highly regarded law firm in Norwich. The commercial property solicitor role will be to play a significant part in the development of this practice area providing clients quality advice and client care.
Commercially minded with a strong academic background, you will be a hard working problem solver adept in commercial property law. The work will involve buying/selling freehold and leasehold commercial property, commercial leases for landlords and tenants, landlord and tenant issues, development land, option agreements and business sale agreements.
