Commercial Litigation Lawyer. A commercial litigation lawyer is required by a Bristol law firm. The commercial litigation lawyer may be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister. This commercial litigation role offers interesting and particularly challenging commercial litigation across a broad spectrum of law to include managing a caseload of mainly fast and multi track cases dealing with contract disputes arising from the sale of goods and services, building contracts, professional negligence etc. The commercial litigation lawyer will be responsible for a case load of technically complex file and requires experience in claimant and defendant litigation work. The commercial litigation lawyer will have a good understanding of dealing with insurance funded clients. Salary from £43,000
