Paralegal

Paralegal - This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal, ideally with the LPC qualification, to join a Corporate & Commercial team in Southampton. The successful Paralegal will have; excellent academics, the ability to take responsibility early on, a sense of humour, be pragmatic and possess an energetic and positive attitude and previous legal experience gained in a commercial and/or corporate team of a private practice law firm for at least 3 months or more.

The Paralegal will work as part of a strong corporate & commercial team proof reading documents, drafting and reviewing Non Disclosure Agreements, assisting with company registry filings and disclosure processes, involvement in the due diligence exercises as well as collating an organising completions.
