The role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor into their Horsham, West Sussex office.

The real estate department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are incredible.

The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with between 2-6 years PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
