My client is open to applications from solicitors at 3 years' PQE upwards, ideally with a good grounding in healthcare litigation. However, applications will be considered from ambitious claimant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury solicitors with excellent litigation skills looking to specialise in defendant clinical negligence.
 
This is a chance for you to handle your own challenging clinical negligence caseload and also make an appropriate contribution to business development, client seminars and writing articles for publication.
