Job Details
A highly prominent West Yorkshire based company has a unique opportunity for an innovative in-house Litigation Solicitor. You will be welcomed into a litigation team of 3, who share a group wide vision that is customer, environmentally, and future focused.
Commercially astute, you will manage varied litigation work and instruct on affairs to meet the needs of the company. With your effective communication skills you will be comfortable relaying complex information to a wider audience including those not from a legal background.
Day to day you will build and sustain robust successful working relationships as you manage a caseload of litigation and advice files of varying complexity including civil and criminal matters and other general disputes. Ensuring that requests for legal advice from across the group are dealt with in a timely and precise manner is intrinsic.
In addition to litigation experience, regulatory exposure would be highly advantageous, however training will be provided. The successful candidate will be a qualified Legal Executive, Solicitor or equivalent.
