The Role

The firm are looking for Commercial Property Solicitor to come join them in their Ashford office.

The Commercial Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base. You will work as part of a highly experienced team; the caseload will be varied making for a more interesting role. Work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Commercial leases and some Development work.

You will be working alongside some of the regions most reputable and experienced real estate solicitors

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor who is 3+ Years PQE experienced
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work well within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an strong bonus structure and benefits package
