Residential Conveyancing Senior Solicitor

A longstanding Oxted based law firm is seeking to appoint a residential conveyancing senior solicitor as part of a succession plan.

This small high street firm, known for its flexible, open and friendly working culture, is offering this senior appointment in residential conveyancing as an opportunity to grow and develop a tight-knit team. The successful candidate will be given plenty of autonomy to run and develop the productivity of the department.

To be considered for this residential conveyancing senior solicitor position you must be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer as you must be eligible to sign certificates of title. You will also need to be familiar and comfortable with working in accordance with Lexcel and CQS quality procedures.

It is essential you have management/supervisory experience along with the ability to run your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
