This temporary Construction Assistant role is with one of the largest Property Developers in London. As a Legal Assistant in the team, you will assist in 12 projects in a company whose revenue is nearly 300 million GBP.

The Role

The company are looking to hire an experienced Construction Assistant to join their In-House legal team working across London in a locum/temporary role that MAY turn permanent (not guaranteed).

You will: populate and issue appointments to key consultants, including architects, structural engineers, etc., populate and issue collateral warranties that the company is required to provide to its funders, housing associations and other partners, manage the execution process (eg: make sure documents are executed properly and mange the signing process) and more.

Requirements:

  • Excellent documentation preparation skills
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Working knowledge of the construction industry, including familiarity with appointments and collateral warranties
  • A team player
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Salary between £15 and 20 per hour depending on experience
