Senior Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
Holidays: 33 days holiday inclusive of bank and other public holidays
Salary: Dependent on experience
Location: Leicester and/or Loughborough
Contract: Full time/ Permanent

Straw and Pearce solicitors have a very busy conveyancing department dealing with up to 90 new instructions each month. We have offices in Loughborough and Leicester. We are looking for a dedicated and confident individual to join our Residential Conveyancing team in either our  Loughborough or Leicester office. With at least 3 years PQE, this position is suited to an experienced solicitor or legal executive with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all aspects of the conveyancing process from beginning to end. You will be responsible to the head of department and will be required to assist the head of department with lender panel management, the distribution of work and the management and general supervision of junior and unqualified staff. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career quickly and begin taking on management responsibilities in addition to dealing with high quality conveyancing work.
