A Commercial Property Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with a full service law firm. The role will be based in Chester and offers a basic salary of up to £35,000.

This is a real generalist Commercial Property role and it is anticipated that the recruit will either be newly qualified or with a few years experience working for a regional or national practice.

My clients Commercial Property team are Legal 500 recommended and they have probably the largest Comm Prop department in the North West. Many of your clients will be quoted companies, national organisations, property developers and individual property investors. Your typical matters will include; acquisitions and disposals, leasing's, landlord and tenant issues, property finance and investment, property development, planning, rent recovery, construction, contract drafting and negotiation and licensing.

This is an excellent Chester based Commercial Property role offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
