Our client, a UK Chambers ranked Legal 500 practice with a reputation for delivering high quality, intelligent legal advice, now needs a further property dispute solicitor to join the team at their West Kent office.

About the Role
He/she will be joining a supported and well management dispute resolution department, where they will handle their own busy caseload of property litigation matters. You will represent clients at High Court, County Court, Lands Tribunal, and the First-Tier Tribunal on a range of matters:

-        Trespass and boundary issues
-        Residential Landlord & Tenant matters
-        Property related professional negligence claims
-        Residential and commercial contract disputes
-        Contested lease renewals
-        Advising lenders on enforcement options

Candidate Requirements
-        2-4 years’ PQE
-        Strong technical ability
-        Commercially astute
-        Excellent client services skills
-        A keen interest in business development and marketing
