The Role

Because this firm is expanding, they are looking for a 1-4 Years PQE Residential Property Solicitor to join their Reading, Berkshire office.

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

The Residential Property team deal with buying and selling property, re-mortgaging, new build properties, affordable housing, shared ownership, bridging loans, and many more areas.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will have 1-4 Years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor
• You will have experience in, or be interested in working with HNW clients
• You will work well in a team
