Residential Conveyancer

A leading, multi-service firm are looking for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team based in Kingston.

With offices across the country and a well-established reputation, the firm have high volumes of instructions coming through. As such, they are looking for an experienced Conveyancer who can come in and pick up a busy caseload but also to offer guidance and support to the trainee solicitors and paralegals in the team. There is a supportive environment that allows for personal growth & development and progression is encouraged.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing and will be confident in managing a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. They are also looking for candidates with ambition and drive who are looking to take the next step in a Senior role.
