Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer – £30 to £40 per hour – East Midlands

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Housing Litigation Lawyer for a Local Authority based in the East Midlands to handle a caseload of civil litigation matters, predominantly relating to Housing Law.

The role is extremely varied and will include providing legal advice and assistance to the Authority in respect of all housing, homelessness and anti-social behaviour matters (ASB). This will include dealing with injunctions, possession proceedings, tenancy fraud and substantial other ASB work.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 2 months on a full-time basis. This role is offering an attractive rate of between £30 - £40 per hour umbrella, dependent upon experience.
