You will have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of high-quality commercial property work for varying clients, including acquisitions and landlord and tenant matters, to name a few. It is an exciting time to join a growing, welcoming and highly skilled department.
You will be handling a broad range of quality commercial litigation work for a variety of clients, including debt recovery, contract claims, property disputes including landlord & tenant, probate disputes and general commercial litigation work both at County Court and High Court level. Experience in all the main areas of litigation is critical.
You will be given the freedom to grow your own client base and undertake marketing and business development to grow your department.
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
- You will be able to work alone and effectively in a team
- You will have experience in dealing with commercial transactions from beginning to end
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have a strong academic background
