The practice deals with the full remit of family law covering privately funded family cases to include technically complex high net worth financial settlements right through to Legal Aid work. In addition, the firm is also renowned as a specialist within the childcare sector.

Following the success of a number of recent new office openings, the firm is looking to build on this and appoint experienced family practitioners at a senior level, so the practice is now eager to hear experienced family lawyers who are proficient in dealing with either/or privately funded, Legal Aid and childcare matters. You will either deal with a high-quality caseload of your own family matters allowing you to handle some of the very best family work on the market. Alternatively, you may choose to operate in a management function and provide supervision and development to more junior members of the team, so you will have a choice as to which career path best suits your aspirations. Whilst Panel Membership is desirable, it is by no means essential and the firm will support those who are looking to attain Panel Membership in the future.

The firm really is growing in size and this is in part due to the vision of the management team in addition to the firm being able to boast of being one of the most stable and secure family operations in the market. As such, there will be a number of options for professional development and career progression in the medium term for those who are ambitious and enthusiastic in wanting to really take their career to the next level.

The firm is offering a very competitive salary in addition to an exceptionally attractive benefits package which includes up to eight weeks holiday and also a bonus scheme.

This is the ideal role for a seasoned family lawyer who is keen to work in a very supportive and down to earth environment where staff are valued and trusted to work with minimum supervision so, for more information on this Family Solicitor / Legal Executive opportunity please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
