Commercial Property Solicitor (Full or Part-time)REF: KB13755 Canterbury or Margate £40,000 - £65,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500, award-winning and multi-office law firm in Kent. You will be joining an accomplished commercial property team who are proud of their reputation for delivering a first class professional service.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team's property development caseload
- Deal in all aspects of commercial property transactions, including:-
- Land acquisitions and disposals
- Development site acquisitions
- Funding
- Business leases of a wide range of premises ranging from retail and restaurant units to warehouse and industrial buildings and educational establishments and potentially the property aspects of company sales and purchases
- Act for private investors, developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers
- Expected to develop and grow the commercial client offering
- You will ideally have 3+ years PQE, but all applicants are encouraged to apply if you meet the relevant criteria
- Solid commercial property experience from a reputable firm
- Technically proficient and commercially aware
