Legal 500 firm is looking for a property litigation solicitor to join their growing practice and work as part of a L500 listed team with highly recognised partners.
The role will involve acting for large institutional landlords, pension funds and asset managers and will include managing a caseload of heavyweight commercial and residential landlord and tenant, real property and forfeiture cases. You will ideally need to have gained experience within property litigation. Candidates with a strong commercial litigation background will also be considered for this role, providing there is some clear exposure to property litigation.
