This top city based law firm is a full service firm dealing with a variety of clients across a number of sectors. This firm has a global footprint allowing them to leverage international relationships. This is firm is a full service firm working with clients in all the most prevalent industries. They are looking for a paralegal to join the Private Capital and Corporate Finance team and work alongside their partners, associates and trainees.


Your new role
Your responsibilities will fall into four main areas: corporate support assistance, compliance, billing and invoices and administrative duties. In relation to corporate support you will be required to track funds flow, prepare KYC documents and prepare inter parts correspondence files. In terms of compliance you will be responsible for preparing engagement letters, liaising with clients and preparing compliance documentation for clients i.e. banks. In regards to billing and invoices you will be responsible for preparing invoices and dealing with billing processes and queries and will also be required to deal with ad hoc client queries.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will hold a minimum 2:1 degree in Law (or an appropriate conversion) and additionally ideally have completed the LPC. You will preferably have Corporate Finance experience. You should have excellent administration and organisational skills, inducing diary management and good time keeping. Finally you should be able to work in a team and occasionally independently, managing your own workload and be methodical in your approach.
