Job Details
Their offices in Reading are seeking a corporate recovery & insolvency solicitor to join their expanding team.
The Business Support & Insolvency Group are chambers listed for their work and are reputed to assist and support insolvency practitioners, banks and asset-based lenders.
The ideal candidate for this insolvency solicitor position will have 2-5 years' PQE as well as:
- Previous experience of completing an insolvency seat in a Corporate Recovery Department.
- Experience preferably in both contentious and non-contentious matters (corporate and personal).
- Demonstrate the potential to have sound advocacy skills (County Court and High Court Registrars)
- Good negotiating skills.
