Due to expansion, a thriving Durham based boutique law firm is looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join dynamic business and manage a challenging and rewarding caseload through to conclusion. Applications are invited from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 2 years' experience that will include rural work. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and to £40,000 with bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will take an existing caseload from the Commercial Partner and manage matters to a satisfactory conclusion, delivering a high-quality client experience. Acting for local, regional and national business, day to day duties will include commercial conveyancing, disposals and acquisitions, land development, drafting agreements for land options, pre-emption rights, quarrying and minerals rights. Full training, development and support will be provided directly by the Commercial Partner providing lots of opportunity to fast-track professional development.
