Experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/CILEx/Fee Earner
Liverpool City Centre
£28,000 plus per annum depending on experience
An opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer based in the Centre of Liverpool has arisen. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Residential Property team with a well-established and reputable firm.
Working in an established team of Residential Property Solicitors/Legal Executives, this opportunity is likely to appeal to strong candidates, looking to enhance their career by joining a leading firm, with excellent progression opportunities, and a reputation for excellent client care.
You will be handling a caseload of between 120-140 files across sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold, registered and un-registered, with a dedicated Legal Assistant supporting you. As part of your cases loads there won't be any re-mortgage, new build or shared ownership files.
The best candidates for this role will:
- Be experienced in handling their own caseload of sale and purchase transactions
- Have 2 years plus experience
- Have handled files in freehold and leasehold
- Have a passion for excellent client care
- Have excellent communication and legal skills
- Be an experienced Conveyancer, qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
