A leading multi-office practice with a base in Milton Keynes seeks to an experienced Solicitor to join their busy commercial property department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious Solicitor to play a significant part in the departments long term growth plans. This position holds excellent career progression opportunities with clear set routes to Partnership for the right person.

You will inherit an existing caseload consisting of high quality commercial property transactions to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and lease extensions and renewals.

Whilst the department is busy and has a loyal client base, you will be encouraged to network and market the departments' services in the local community and develop new clients and business opportunities with the aim of facilitating long term growth in your caseload.

This position would suit Solicitors with experience commensurate to that of four of more years PQE. To be considered you must have proven experience in all areas of commercial property and have an excellent track record in fee generation.

The salary for this position will be dependant on previous experience and individual requirements. Additional benefits will also include a bonus scheme. Candidates are invited to apply to discuss their salary expectations.
