Adult social Care lawyer

You will be working in a small, friendly, supportive team based at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicestershire providing legal support to Adult Social Care. The primary focus of the role is undertaking Court of Protection welfare work and related advice on mental capacity, community care, deprivation of liberty safeguards, mental health and safeguarding and deputyship.


Candidates should be confident in providing clear, cogent and practical advice on community care issues, including ordinary residence, no recourse to public funds, funding issues and Care Act responsibilities.


You will receive high quality supervision and support from very experienced and   knowledgeable managers.
