Commercial Property Solicitor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established, Legal 500 practice in Bath.
This firm have experienced a period of sustained growth and as such they are now looking for an experienced Commerical Property Solicitor to join them and assist with the continued success of the department and firm.
Your caseload will comprise of general real estate work, landlord and tenant, sales & purchase, property management across various sectors including affordable housing, retail, office and leisure.
The successful candidate will have 4 Yrs + of experience and be confident and comfortable of running your own files without supervision. In addition to fee earning you will be required to participate in the business development and marketing of the department and firm. You may also need to assist with the supervision and training of junior fee earners.
Salary is competitive and DOE - £40,000 - £50,000
