Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor

This role will give you an excellent level of exposure dealing with HNW individuals as you will be part of one of the countries leading teams in Contentious Trusts and Probate. The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor 0-5 PQE into their Salisbury, Wiltshire office.

This is a really interesting role and you will work alongside/directly support highly regarded Partners as they are are one of the most highly ranked teams in the UK, with rankings in Chambers, Chambers HNW, Legal 500 directories.

The firm deal with an affluent client base and the work will be high quality.
You will receive an unprecedented level of exposure giving you a real platform to progress your career.

Requirements:

• You will be 0-5 PQE with a strong Litigation background
• You will ideally have some contentious trust or probate experience
• You may have undertaken already, or be willing to undertake the ACTAPS Course
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, though traditionally the firm pay above market rate salaries.
