The Role:
-Joining the in-house legal team, you will work alongside their in house solicitor on a broad range of commercial matters including commercial contracts, GDPR, employment, IP and high level debt litigation
-With training you will quickly be drafting contracts, NDA's, employment contracts and debt litigation matters
-You will act as the main legal point of contact when the solicitor is out of the office
-The firm work with some major clients, most of which are household names.
-The role has lots of scope to grow and develop over time and it is an exciting time to join a really progressive business.
The Candidate:
- In order to be considered, you must have upwards of 12 months experience working within commercial law as a paralegal either in house or in private practice
- Must have strong academics with strong A levels, a 2:1 minimum in your degree and a commendation in your LPC with commercial electives
- Must have a genuine interest in the technology and marketing market
- Strong attention to detail
-The role will requires a high level of initiative however you will have great support from a very knowledgeable solicitor
-A high level of commercial acumen would be suited to this role.
-Joining a vibrant office, you must be a sociable individual who fits easily into a team
-Must be able to drive with your own car
