Commercial Associate

A Commercial Associate is sought for a medium size Commercial firm who are looking to recruit an Associate to join their team based from Watford. The team has excellent commercial work with a focus on IT / pharmacy / technology matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Watford based lawyer to develop their long term career.

The firm have multiple offices in the UK and to augment the existing team, a commercial solicitor is required to join the team. You will work on a wide variety of matters, often with an international dimension. The role is a mix of IP, commercial contracts and IT focusing mainly on non-contentious work.

The firm are looking for a progressive and ambitious individual who is able to work with clients and build on going client relationships.

Whilst the quality of experience is the key factor it is likely that you will have in the region of around 2-6 years commercial contracts PQE. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
