£35,000 + (negotiable depending upon experience)
A large Leicester based firm are in the process of expanding their well respected and established teams, and are looking to add an Employment Solicitor, ideallly with 2/3 YRS PQE although those with less experience will be considered
The ideal applicant will have two to three years' experience working a as an employment/litigation fee earner with claimant experience, will be used to working to targets and have experience of working in private practice. Main duties will include:
Preparing and drafting documents such as Form ET1 and ET3
Attending to clients, taking instructions and advising.
Attending Tribunal when necessary including Case Management Discussions and Pre-Hearing Reviews
Representing the firm and developing further business
Based in modern, well equipped offices with available parking and convenient access to the M1, this opportunity would suit an Employment Solicitor local to or within reasonable commutable distance of Leicester.
