The Role

This busy Litigation team works with public and private sector bodies on complex disputes, often involving multiple parties. The Litigation team provide a wide range of advice on general business disputes, alternative dispute resolution, complex fraud disputes, debt recovery, insurance policy coverage, professional negligence claims and partnership disputes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experts in this field with Partners being highly commended in the Legal 500.

Daily tasks of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will include handling settlement negotiations, dealing with disclosure, researching intricate points of law and assisting with business development initiatives.

Requirements

• UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months experience gained in a Commercial Litigation seat at a comparable firm. Candidates with more experience will also be considered
• A strong academic record
• A keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities
