Well-established practice in Cambridgeshire seeks Dispute Resolution/Litigation Legal Secretary on permanent, full-time basis.

Working within the Peterborough-based office, the successful legal secretary will deliver general support to a team of fee earners. Experience within this practice area is not essential as training will be provided.

• Supporting fee earners specialising in litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Diary management
• Opening and closing files
• Liaising with clients
• Telephony
• Audio typing
• Document production
• General office administration
• Receptionist duties

The Candidate
• Legal secretaries at all levels of experience
• Previous experience in litigation and dispute resolution matters is beneficial
• Experience of case management systems is desirable
• Strong communication, organisation and administration skills are required
• Professional approach to work is essential
