Job Details

A Legal Secretary is required to join a Legal 500 National Law Firm in their Cardiff Offices.

The Legal Secretary will be supporting a busy team of Corporate & Commercial Lawyers.

Corporate & Commercial Law or Banking Law experience is preferred, you should ideally have at least 1 years' experience as a Corporate Legal Secretary, ideally having worked at Senior or Partner level. We will also consider candidates from Banking Law backgrounds.

You should be a technically competent Legal Secretary PA with a profound knowledge of Corporate Law, legal terminology and legal processes. You should be able to handle and prioritise a busy workload.

Experience in extensive document formatting is essential. You should also have previous experience of complex travel arrangements and diary management. You will be a point of contact for significant clients, so professional communication skills are a must.

This is a very busy Corporate & Commercial Law department so you should enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Salary advertised is a guide only and will be dependent on experience. Excellent benefits package including generous holidays, pension scheme etc.
