We are currently working with a Multi Service Law Firm based in Knightsbridge. The firm are now looking for a Receptionist/Office Support Assistant to join them on a permanent full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have some previous office experience and be enthusiastic, willing to learn and be a team player.

The position will be a good opportunity to gain some valuable experience in a firm of solicitors and work as part of their team.

The role involves a high level of interaction with clients,  partners and staff around the firm.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Reception duties
  • Banking cheques
  • Post Office duties
  • Opening and distributing incoming post to Partners and staff
  • Collection and delivery of DX
  • Ordering Stamps
  • Archiving files for storage
  • Scanning
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Stationery orders and supplies
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks to support our team

Person Specification:

• Team player

• Diligent and thorough

• Ability to work on own initiative

• Good communication skills

• Smart appearance in keeping with professional environment


Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Work experience in an office environment (ideal but not essential)

• Basic level IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet)

• Familiar with operation of office equipment (faxes, photocopiers, scanners)
