NQ Employment Solicitor

Due to an increase in workload the Employment Department needs to grow, and my client is looking for driven and talented Employment Solicitors to join the team. Ideally you will be a NQ Solicitor with 1 - 2 years PQE, however candidates who are approaching qualification who have significant experience in Employment Law will be considered.

The successful candidate will be handling a varied case load in contentious and non-contentious matters, both Claimant and Respondent work with a focus on Claimant work. You will be actively involved in tribunal caseloads along with Tribunal Advocacy and advising on Settlement Agreements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Law Firm and work alongside well-respected reputable Solicitors and gain the experience you need to be an excellent Employment Solicitor, with the opportunity to contribute to the business's development.

It is essential that you are organised and have excellent written communication and client skills as you will be assisting the Head of the team with more complex matters.
