Residential Property Paralegal - Our clients, a leading Kent firm have asked us to find them a further residential property paralegal to join their thriving Legal 500 team at their West Kent offices. 

About the Role
They are looking for a paralegal with at least 12 months experience within a busy residential property team. You will be tasked with assisting senior members of the team and partners on the more complex matters whilst contributing to the overall performance of the team. He/she will be expected to have a good understanding on all aspects of property transactions ranging from freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and re-mortgages to shared ownership and buy to let.

Candidate Requirements
Ideally you will have 12-24 months experience and a good understanding of the residential property process. A high standard of client care and a meticulous attention detail are essential for this position. This is a well-managed and forward-thinking firm offering top quality work in an excellent location.
