A rapidly expanding and entrepreneurial firm are now seeking a Corporate Associate to join their dynamic, forward thinking team in Cheltenham. This firm have consistently won Legal & Industry specific awards across their wide-ranging practice areas due to their commercially astute and technically strong staff - many of who are recognised in the Legal 500 & Chambers guides.

The Partners have decided that due to ongoing success, they wish to further their offering in Cheltenham and for this reason they are seeking an experienced Associate to join their leading Top200UK Firm, who can provide a comprehensive support network.


The Role


The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Associate to join their rapidly expanding Cheltenham Office.


You will be responsible for working alongside the Corporate Partner on a range of Corporate transactions including: Company Structuring & Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition and Disposals for a varied client base from Start Ups to International Organisations.


This role will require a level autonomy where you will be leading transactions, meanwhile working as part of a larger team on more complex and high value transactions.


As you will be joining in an exciting growth period, there are outstanding progression prospects on offer as the team grows


Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Associate with at least 2 years PQE +
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
