Residential Conveyancer - Kingsbridge

Leading Regional firm who is under expansion offering a great opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team and develop their career. My client offers a great work/life balance and is situated in a pleasant, commutable office in Kingsbridge.


THE ROLE

You will be a Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE dealing with a range of Residential Conveyancing matters including (but not limited to) Shared Ownership, Unregistered Land and Help to Buy. Handling your own caseload with minimal supervision, you will be confident individual with a strong Conveyancing knowledge. Aside from this, you will be expected to build and develop relationships with your clients, and take an active part in the development of the team.
