The Role

This firm are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive 1 - 5 PQE to join their office in Torquay, Devon.

You will be dealing with a varied caseload of disputes, the firm deal with many different areas such as Contractual Dispute; Professional Negligence; Building Disputes; Land and Property Disputes; Housing; Landlord and Tenant; Planning; Consumer Problems; Copyright and Patents; Licensing etc.

Requirements:

It is desirable, but not a requirement for you to have Property Litigation experience

• You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive 1-5 years PQE
• You will receive a good salary, which is negotiable and dependent on experience
• You'll be based at their office in Torquay office in Devon.
