The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-5 PQE to join their office in Cardiff, South Wales.

The role is an interesting and varied one where you'll find yourself managing a complex caseload relating to matters within the firm's core property team and retail team, advising commercial clients across a full spectrum of commercial property matters, including, but not limited to advising on freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the client's matter, preparing reports on file and researching points as required.

You'll gain excellent exposure to great quality work, putting you ahead of the curve in terms of your PQE.
