Commercial Law Firm with primary focus on SME clients, seeks to hire a dedicated Employment solicitor to join their existing team.

Currently the team of three Employment solicitors who focus on both individuals and companies have become increasingly busy, and it is essential to introduce a junior solicitor to enable the team growth plans.

This hire will sit directly beneath the Head of Employment – assisting with particular files, but also building and developing their own caseload.

Candidates with experience in the following will be strongly considered:

  • Retained work
  • Discrimination
  • Helpdesk work
  • Advocacy
  • Repeat clients

It is essential that the candidate can provide evidence of working within a similar environment, where they have been working on both claimant and respondent matters.

The successful candidate will be given (when needed) full supervision to enable them to develop and hone their skills to become fully fledged in their specialism.

This is a superb role for an ambitious Employment solicitor who is looking to specialise.  Candidates of particular interest will be those who have come from a similar firm; leading regional commercial law firm with 6-10 partners.
