Part-Time Commercial Property Projects Locum – £40 to £50 p/h Outside IR35 – West Midlands

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting part-time Commercial Property Projects Locum role for a dynamic public sector organisation based in the West Midlands. This contract is offered for an initial period of 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension into next year. This is offered on a 3 to 4 day per week basis, and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor possessing commercial property projects experience, knowledge of construction law, and is commercially minded. You should be able to deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders at senior level and be proactive in supporting the project team on a commercial/risk basis.

The ability to undertake transactional commercial property work to a high level as well as have an understanding of Compulsory Purchase is essential and it would be desirable to have working knowledge of Construction documents, professional appointments and warranties.

This role is offered on an Outside IR35 basis with an attractive rate of pay of between £40 and £50 per hour, dependant on experience.
