Job Description

As the In-house Commercial Contracts Solicitor you work as part of the commercial team. You will advise the business on high value, often complex contracts with their suppliers and clients and often these will be international contracts. You will also advise on joint ventures and look at the supplier management processes.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a Commercial Solicitor from either private practice or who is currently working In-house. The role will suit someone who is capable and confident or running their own projects and supporting on high level contract negotiations.

Ideally you will be

• In-house lawyer
• Legally trained
• Preferable to have tax law experience
• Run point on all legal/contract matters
• Be able to build, lead and manage a small in-house legal/compliance team
