Employment Solicitor – Associate / Senior Associate

Award winning firm seeks dynamic Employment Solicitor to join their Hertfordshire office.

This position will see you working alongside the firm's Corporate and Commercial teams and building up your own caseload and client base. The firm will support you in this endeavour and will provide a strong platform upon which to develop your practice.

The firm has a loyal commercial client base and as such you will predominantly act for respondent clients, providing them with robust tactical advice. The work will be varied and touch upon a range of contentious and non contentious employment matters including TUPE, Redundancy, Discrimination, Dismissals and Settlement Agreements.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within a reputable practice and enjoy a high degree of autonomy.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with broad experience in employment law. The position would be ideally suited to a candidate with circa five years PQE with a passion for networking and business development.
